What Is Cozanet?
A factual introduction to Cozanet: what the company builds, what is live today, what is in development, and what is only planned.
Cozanet is a software infrastructure company building intelligent infrastructure for the digital economy. Its current flagship product, AEGIS, is a financial operating system focused on smart routing between digital assets and financial infrastructure — moving money across Africa's crypto, bank, and mobile money rails.
The brand hierarchy
Cozanet is the company. AEGIS is one product of that company. CZN is the ecosystem token, issued on BNB Smart Chain. The founder is Ifeanyi, known publicly as CozyCrypto. Keeping these four identities distinct matters: when you read about “AEGIS smart routing,” that is a product capability of AEGIS; when you read about Cozanet's developer platform, that is company-level infrastructure that other products will use.
What actually exists today
Cozanet deliberately separates what is live from what is planned. Today, AEGIS is live at aegis.cozanet.net with Phase One: custodial wallets on BNB Smart Chain, token swaps (PancakeSwap routing plus a dedicated CZN/WBNB pool), a treasury fee ledger with on-chain fee collection, in-app and email notifications, and the Cozanet AI assistant with persistent memory. The company website, documentation, roadmap, and changelog are live at cozanet.net.
What is in development
The multi-rail Smart Router — the layer that routes transfers through banking rails, mobile money, Stellar, and Circle Arc/USDC settlement — is in active development and is not yet live. An Android application has been built and is in on-device testing. A developer SDK is being written.
What is planned
CZN fee discounts, platform rewards, and governance mechanics are design goals, not current functionality. A non-custodial wallet option is planned alongside the custodial default, and will not ship without a published migration plan that protects existing wallets.
An honesty policy, in public
Cozanet does not publish user counts, transaction volumes, funding, partnerships, or exchange listings that it cannot verify. Where information is unknown, the company's own pages say so. The roadmap and changelog carry the real record — and if a claim cannot be sourced, it does not appear. That is the standard this site holds itself to.
